  • Kings Co-op (due for completion mid-2017) – this boutique laneway retail experience will reimagine iconic buildings and offer innovative spaces for businesses and the ultimate destination for food lovers and socialites

Over the next 10 years, King Street will bloom into a thriving and connected commercial, residential and retail inner-city community. The first commercial stage, Kingsgate, has been finished and is home to hundreds of savvy professionals. The nine level building achieved 5 Star Green Star design providing light-filled, collaborative workspaces and ground level cafes and restaurants for workers.
Lendlease is now taking expressions of interest for K2 and K5 Commercial, our Stage Two and Three commercial deliverables. Both commercial towers will have a:
